Lily V. Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Founder and Owner of Caring Hearts Professional Counseling Services, LLC. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and obtaining a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University, Lily has been in the field of mental health and developmental disabilities for over 15 years and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner for seven years.

Over the years, Lily has worked in a variety of positions including Inpatient Psychiatric facilities, Crisis Centers, Correctional Facilities, Home and Community Based Counseling, and Outpatient Mental Health Centers.

In 2016, Lily started Caring Hearts Professional Counseling Services, LLC as a private practice. The business grew quickly and it was necessary to add staff. In an effort to be able to serve more clients and improve the mental health outcomes in Tulsa, OK, Caring Hearts PCS became an ODMHSAS approved agency in 2017. Since that time the agency continues to grow and add new staff.
