Teresa Williams, Program Director, LPC-S, LADC-S, is an experienced behavioral health professional and clinical leader serving the north Tulsa, Oklahoma community. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor, Teresa has built a career focused on mental health, substance-use recovery services, clinical supervision, and helping individuals and families access compassionate effective care.
Teresa currently serves as Program Director for the North Tulsa location of Family & Children’s Services located at 240 E. Apache, where she provides clinical leadership and supports the delivery of behavioral health services to the community.
Throughout her career of over 20 years, Teresa has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence, professional development, and community-based behavioral health care. Her work reflects an understanding that mental health is influenced not only by individual circumstances, but also by factors such as housing, economic stability, education, healthcare access, transportation, safety, and community environment.
