Somatic interventions, art, and mindfulness are healing. Whether practicing personally or professionally, each is integral to my approach. I started 'The Breaking of Dawn, LLC' to offer non-traditional therapeutic interventions. For more than a decade, I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor, focusing on common mental health concerns. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Education (with endorsements in English, Language Arts, and the Visual Arts) from the University of Oklahoma, Norman campus and completed my Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University, Tulsa Campus.
