He earned his Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Oral Roberts University and his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University. Ernest is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), two powerful techniques for treating trauma and anxiety.
