I’m a licensed therapist born and raised in Tulsa, Ok. Through my life experiences I understand the unspoken rules many of us were raised with. Many of us learned early to swallow our pain and keep our stories quiet. That old line—“what happens at home stays at home”—becomes a blueprint for silence. In my practice, I help clients break that generational script. Together, we name things with compassion, restore nervous systems worn thin by survival, and build a life defined by peace instead of secrecy.
