Her leadership and expertise in trauma, military culture, and community-based mental health have been recognized by the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor, and multiple community organizations.
Tracy currently serves as the Project Manager for the Tulsa Black Mental Health Alliance (TBMHA), where she leads strategic initiatives to expand access to culturally competent mental health services, strengthen workforce development, and build partnerships that disrupt stigma
and systemic barriers in Black communities. She is passionate about creating spaces that educate, empower, and elevate both professionals and the people they serve. As a CE provider, clinical supervisor, keynote speaker, and trainer, Tracy is committed to growing the next generation of ethically grounded, culturally responsive mental health leaders.
Grounded in authenticity, innovation, and advocacy, Tracy brings a unique blend of clinical skill, visionary leadership, and real-world impact to every space she enters. Whether she is developing programs from scratch, building collaborative networks, mentoring emerging clinicians, or speaking on stages, her mission remains the same: to heal systems, restore connection, and ensure that mental wellness is accessible, equitable, and transformative for all.
